Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. Depending on what item you order, it can be anywhere between one week for items in stock, to eight weeks for custom orders. You should be contacted by e-mail with a time frame once your order is placed.

Q. How do I know if my item is in stock?
A. You are welcome to go to our Contact Us page and call or e-mail us with the item(s) in question and we would be happy to get back to you about availability.

Q. What is your Return Policy?

Q. Why do you not accept returns?
A. The Wood Garden is an actual retail store in Oklahoma City, OK. Due to size restrictions, we only carry extra stock in certain items. With the vast selection of items we offer online, they are subject to be considered custom orders.

A. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Check or Money Order.

Q. Is my credit card Information secure?
A. Yes, we process our cards thru Authorize.net one of the oldest and largest secure online credit card servers. The Wood Garden never receives your credit card information, nor does Authorize.net ever give us access to that information.

Q. Is my personal information secure?
